As was was looking at this picture, amazed at its beauty, I suddenly realized that only when our hearts are still, like the water, and quietly resting in Him, are we able to reflect the glory of the Son, Jesus our Lord!

Thanks, Elizabeth. I am reading through the One-Year Bible, and this Scripture was part of the readings in Psalms this week. I purchased a devotional that corresponds with the reading, and they highlighted this Scripture in the NLT translation … the wording really grabbed my attention. How consistently does my life reflect the truth of His Word? Ouch!
